Refund & Cancellation Policy

First off, we are a small Family run Business. Due to our group size limitations, we cannot absorb the cost of people cancelling at the last minute for whatever reason. We are regularly turning away people from our Tours, due to being full. If you have a problem with this, you should get Vacation Insurance to protect yourself. Here are a few companies you can get Insurance from Access America and AAA Tripassists When you give us your credit card information to hold a reservation, you are agreeing to the following cancellation terms and conditions:

1. If you have decided to cancel your reservation or need to re-schedule, please call our 24 hours reservations 808-870-7409.

2. If the cancellation notification is received not less than 48 hours before the start of the Tour, there will be a full refund.

3. If the cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours or you do not show up for your scheduled tour, there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card.
